Sara Ann Hatton Award
The Sara Ann Hatton Award is a traveling token of appreciation awarded to an
active member of our alumnae chapter each year. The award itself is a gold
pendant with Sara Ann Hatton’s Alpha Phi badge attached to a gold
chain. Sara Ann, initiated at Omicron in 1925, was a collegiate chapter president,
served four years as an Alpha Phi District Governor, two terms as Director of
Collegiate Programming, and was Alpha Phi International President from 1966
– 1968.
Recipients of the award are nominated by members for their outstanding
commitment and dedication to our alumnae chapter, and presented with the
award at our annual Founder’s Day event.
